Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) has been practiced for over 2000 years.
TCM is made up of eight branches, all of which are thought to be important in overall health, both in the prevention and treatment of imbalances and disease processes. All of the facets can influence and have an effect on the bodies vital energy flow, or Qi; Acupuncture being the most widely known. The other branches are: herbal medicine, food therapy or nutrition, exercise (t’ai chi or qigong), body work (tui na), meditation, geomancy (your location and how it relates to health), and astrology or cosmology. We are able to give guidance with and offer input on all of the branches of TCM with the exception of astrology.
